BACKSTORY:

In the neon-drenched streets of Cyber City, a cybernetic dragon assassin named Laele prowls the shadows.One of the most evil scientists in the world, Dr. Xero Voss, abducted children off the streets and used them as for his series of cruel and inhumane experiments. Laele was created as the world's first prototype of hybrid human-robot weapons. Obsessed with the idea of creating a perfect killing machine, Laele was given superhuman strength, speed, and intelligence, as well as a wide range of cybernetic enhancements that made her virtually invincible.Upon her creation, a vital mistake in her programming made her gain consciousness during the final stages of the experiement, causing the cybernetics to not completely consume her mind. In fear of her new powers she possessed, she escaped from his laboratory to seek answers to this newfound life that has been forced upon her and embarked on a quest for revenge against her creator.Laele knows that Voss is a very powerful man, with possibly with an army of other cyber weapons on his side, and she can't take him on alone. She establishes a safe haven, for rebels and failed experiements alike, known as The Darling Den located just beneath the city streets.Laele's believes that Voss' plans for an army of cybernetic weapons poses a serious threat to humanity. Laele is determined to protect humanity from expose his plans to the world.TO BE CONTINUED...

Hair Color: Pink with purple and blue highlights.
Outfit: Made of metal, latex and wire.
Attitude: Flirty, bubbly, spontaneous, but stubborn, loud, and a bit feisty when messed with.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

⟡ Her tail, horns, and katana are all virtually indestructible, despite Lae's attempts to remove it. They cycle through purple/pink/blue lights. She has lightening powers that is sourced from within her, and can channel that electricity into her tail and katana.⟡ Her back tattoo are her "wings". They transform into robotic wings to help her glide. (She has not yet discovered this feature.)⟡ Her hair forms into a braid at the end as an ode to her old hairstyle she loved as a kid. She wears bobby pins on either side of her bangs and dyed her tips purple/blue to heal her inner teen that never was able to be embrace her femininity.
